Damaged in Transit

If your Handgrapht item arrives damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies. We’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund.

  1. Contact us immediately: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please email us at [your email address] with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Return the item: We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Receive a replacement or refund: Once we receive the damaged item, we’ll promptly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Customer Damage: We are not responsible for damage caused by the customer after receiving the item. Please handle your Handgrapht piece with care.
