Q: Where do you ship?

A: Handgrapht offers worldwide shipping to most countries. Our freight carriers prevent us from shipping to US P.O Boxes. We do not currently ship to the following countries: Vietnam, Congo – Brazzaville, Congo – Kinshasa, South Sudan, Syria, Sudan, Guatemala, Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Iraq, Iran, Tajikistan, Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Uzbekistan, Guatemala, North Korea

Q: How much is the shipping?

A: Worldwide shipping is $9.99. We also offer free shipping on orders over $99. Free shipping terms are subject to change, and may not apply to all products.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Normally all orders are shipped within 3-5 BUSINESS days (weekends or holidays don't count as business days). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.

Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.

A: Sometimes shipping company's tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime! If you do not receive your order in a couple of days, please email us, within 14 days of the last tracking update, with your order number and tracking information so that way we may assist you further!

Q: Will my package be charged delivery/customs fees?

A: All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide information on whether you may or may not be charged customs/duty fees. Duties will be determined by the country of import of your order based on product value.
Handgrapht assumes no responsibility for duties incurred on discounted, promotional, or giveaway items. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. By placing an order, you authorize Handgrapht to import your product on your behalf and agree to Handgrapht delegating the import of your products to a third party.

Q: What's your Return Policy?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, exchanges can be made up to 10 days after receipt of goods. Please email us at info@handgrapht.com for instructions.

IMPORTANT!
- Any item for exchange must be in unused condition, with an attached label.
- We only exchange for up to 10 days of receipt of goods.
- We do not pay for return shipping costs - if you require to return shipping, the value of your credit will be less the shipping cost.
- Sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
- Items that are part of a set must be exchanged or returned as a complete set.
- We only exchange an item once. When choosing your exchange item, please make your selection carefully as we will not exchange it again.
